The price depends on the size of the flat, the volume of contents, and ease of access — whether there's a lift or only stairs makes a difference. You always receive a fixed, tailored quote so you know exactly what you'll pay before we start. There are no hidden charges or extras after the fact, unless something materially different from what was discussed comes to light.

Yes — that's included as standard. Wardrobes, beds, washing machines, fridges, sofas — everything is taken away and either disposed of correctly or sorted for reuse. You don't need to arrange separate collection for bulky waste or electrical appliances.

Not at all. Many landlords simply hand over the keys and wait for confirmation that everything is done. If you'd prefer to be on site to supervise or set aside particular items, that's equally fine. We adapt to whatever suits your situation.

As standard, the flat is left broom-clean after clearance: all items removed, floors swept, no rubbish left behind. If you need a deeper end-of-tenancy clean for a key handover or estate agent viewings, we can combine that and quote it separately — so you only need to deal with one company.
